Art. 50-2 of the ACT ON PROMOTION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK UTILIZATION AND INFORMATION PROTECTION, ETC. (Prohibition of Collecting Email Addresses without Consent)

No one shall collect email addresses using automated programs or other technical devices/methods from an internet website with notification stating the right of individuals to refuse the collection of their email address. No one shall be permitted to sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of stipulations in clause 1. No one shall be permitted to use emails forbidden for collection/sales/distribution in clause 1 and 2 for information transmission.
No one shall have the right to collect email addresses using automated programs or other technical devices without permission. Please not that anyone who violates this rule shall be penalized with a fine of less than 10,000,000 KRW in accordance with Article 50-2 of the ACT ON PROMOTION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK UTILIZATION AND INFORMATION PROTECTION, ETC.
